The Supernatural is Natural

This post is going to be less about what to take and more about what I think:)

I get super frustrated with the mentality that alternative medicine is weird, hippy, new age, or useless. I think we've become a bit brainwashed in America. We get sick, we go to the Dr. wanting a prescription to make us feel better. Most times we could fix the problems ourselves without a prescription with side-effects. This goes for so many things whether it be sinus infection or cholesterol. What is better about taking a precription than an herb or a vitamin? I'll never understand.
God created the plants and the trees. He spoke and it was.
If you research about herbs, or homeopathics or essential oils, you'll read about frequencies or vibrations that those herbs, plants, or flowers each have. Don't lose me now...this is not new age, it's science. Everything has a frequency, even our bodies!! Part of how essential oils and some herbs work is that they carry a healing frequency that when we put it onto or into our body, helps heal! This is how sound and music can heal the body as well. If our bodies frequency is off from a sickness, depression, etc, these healing frequencies help bring our bodies back to a healthy frequency. The chinese call it qui, some call it energy, whatever it may be...it's all basically the same. Make sense? I personally think that frequencies are the remains of God's voice after he spoke and created it. That's just what I think... It makes sense in my natural-minded head:)
I love this kinda stuff because it shows me how amazing our God is. It's so interesting to see how He designed it all. And we just know a tiny, tiny bit. The more I study, the more facets I see of our Father. He's just so clever:)

P.S. I do think there is a place for allopathic medicine. People need surgeries, vaccines for deadly viruses like smallpox, and antibiotics (which sadly, I believe are overly prescribed).
